	I Within Temptation sono un gruppo musicale symphonic gothic metal olandese, fondato nell'aprile 1996 dal chitarrista Robert Westerholt e dalla cantante Sharon den Adel nella cittadina di Waddinxveen, nell'Olanda Meridionale. Sono annoverati tra le più famose band nella scena gothic di fine anni ‘90 e sono noti soprattutto per voce della cantante soprano Sharon den Adel, tra le più apprezzate in ambito metal. Fino ad oggi la band ha pubblicato 4 album in studio, 2 EP e 3 DVD dal vivo con relativi CD audio. Inoltre, dall’uscita dell’album Mother Earth, è tradizione della band pubblicare un DVD dopo ogni nuovo album. Vi era un gemellaggio tra la band olandese e gli Orphanage, con i quali i membri dei Within Temptation hanno avuto collaborazioni nonostante il loro scioglimento (avvenuto nell'ottobre 2005).	25.04.09 - il forum apre i battenti !
